For instructor positions, we seek individuals with at least 2 years of continuous experience in a salon/spa environment.  Five years of non-departmentalized experience is strongly encouraged. Candidate must have exceptional customer service, verbal communication and organizational skills, along with an inherent passion to educate and enrich the lives of others.

Massage Therapy Instructors

We are currently seeking Instructors to help support our growing population of massage students for both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Specific Requirements and Experience:

  • Completed massage school program—must provide transcript
  • Current licensed massage therapist
  • Current licensed massage instructor
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in classroom setting teaching theory and hands on approaches to A&P, Kinesiology, Pathology, Health & Hygiene, Clinical applications, Business & Ethics, Swedish and advanced modalities
  • Experience in Eastern modalities and spa setting helpful, but not required
  • Must be a team player and available Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Admissions Advisor

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Admissions Advisor. This position is responsible for assisting prospective students as they pursue a new career in the beauty and wellness industry.

We are seeking individuals with a passion for helping others and a desire to succeed in a fast paced environment! Candidates must be friendly, outgoing, cheerful, personable, professional, and organized. Honesty and integrity are also critical attributes.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Campus tours
  • CRM management
  • Attend career fairs at area high schools
  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Managing calendars and scheduling tours
  • Coordinate with other departments in regards to financial aid and marketing
  • Knowledge of the industry and our programs including cosmetology, esthetics, make-up and massage therapy

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service and/or a professional environment
  • Cosmetology/Esthetics or Massage License and/or Bachelors/Associates Degree preferred
  • Experience with a CRM is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform well under pressure
